and the American Society of Overseas Research for a special lecture by Dr. Ahmad Emrage (University of Benghazi): Treasures of Libya: Introducing a Rich Archaeological Landscape and Efforts to Protect It. Drawing on his work with the Libyan Department of Antiquities, Dr. Emrage will explore Libya’s extraordinary archaeological heritage and current preservation efforts.
